We are UK based music tuition provision who provides carefully picked music teachers with the tools they need to deliver our students wonderful music tuition.

We believe a good piano teacher needs to be kind, considerate, highly skilled and have the right materials and environment for to teach you what you want to learn. 

Our first piano school, in Brighton, is blossoming and our numerous students are a sign that we're doing something right and the other schools are now well established with others sprouting healthy shoots too.

We have a growing number of great piano teachers, who work from piano studios across the UK. We aim to provide you with the best piano tuition service that we can and I’m certain that our many piano students would say that we are succeeding.

Hi there,

I was born in 1981 and have been teaching since I was 17 years old. I founded our piano school in Brighton in 2011 and continued to teach and run it until another headteacher was in place in 2017. I perform, teach, compose, write and design the piano courses that our piano teachers use. We have since setup further schools, such as in Bristol, where I live, and I’m loving life in the west country.

A little about me, I achieved my Grade 8 at 11 years old and was awarded the top music scholarship to Lancing College for piano performance. I then studied music at Chichester College and then Surrey University. 

My piano teachers were some of the best in the country. E.g Tim Arnold: Executive Director at ABRSM, who I studied with for 5 years. 

"As a teacher and manager, I try to reflect on my own performance to resolve any difficulties. For example, if someone isn't practicing, I believe it is important to look at my own delivery to improve their outcomes, not to lay the responsibility on the student."

I have written a number of piano courses, which you may well be using in your piano lessons at PLUK and there are further courses in the pipeline. As an independent tuition provider, we focus on delivering you a unique and bespoke service. With this in mind, all lessons are tailored to the individual. 

I also compose music for film and television and have done a number of art installations for councils up and down the UK. I am very experienced at producing music on computers and I am nearing the completion of my first album.

I am a relaxed and patient person, who has a dedication and love of piano and music. I am very proud to see our service develop and am very grateful to everyone, who has played a part in it. I am looking forward to developing more schools, piano courses and providing you with some fantastic teachers.
