About me
As a friendly guy from Yorkshire with a huge passion for the piano, I am a dynamic and adaptable piano teacher that plays within a wide range of styles including classical, contemporary, pop and jazz.

I mainly focus on classical music, but I also encourage my piano students to bring in music that they are passionate about, as I believe this is crucial to their development on the piano. In my teaching, I employ various tuition techniques and strategies depending on whether my students are children or adults and beginners or experts. For kids, I incorporate games and fun activities into our lessons to keep them engaged and motivated. For more advanced students, I focus on refining their technique and expanding their repertoire.

Overall, my teaching style is friendly, positive, and tailored to the individual needs and goals of my students. It brings me great joy to see my students learn how to play new piano pieces and techniques, and I am always looking for new and innovative ways to help my piano students progress on their musical journey via our piano lessons.
